October Special

For the second month of spring we have something extra special for you. Grilled spatchcock, served with truffle scented milk polenta, pan-fried speck and crispy cavolo nero, topped with red wine jus. A perfect pairing from our wine list is Gippsland’s 16 Moondarra ‘Magnolia’ Nebbiolo. This wine is usually sold by the bottle, but with this dish only in October you will be able to buy it by glass.
