An Easter High Tea Worth Sharing
Start with a selection of freshly prepared finger sandwiches including egg salad, cucumber with mint butter and smoked salmon with lemon myrtle cream cheese. Warm savoury bites such as pumpkin arancini add a comforting touch before the tiered stand reveals a colourful selection of Easter desserts.
Expect macarons, raspberry opera slice, bird’s nest cupcakes and a rich Callebaut hot chocolate panna cotta, alongside traditional hot cross buns served warm with cultured butter.
Each Easter High Tea also includes a glass of sparkling wine or fresh juice on arrival, along with a selection of tea and coffee.
