I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. A special thank you to the manager, Endeavour, who checked me in. They were incredibly welcoming, professional and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Their friendly attitude and excellent customer service made me feel valued from the moment I arrived.

I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service!

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Sydney Parramatta. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience and great service.

The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable, exactly what you need after a long day. The staff were welcoming, professional and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable.I also loved the location, close to shops, restaurants and transport, making it easy to get around. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities were well maintained.

Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays. I’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I had a lovely stay over the weekend for our wedding anniversary. The staff went above and beyond with beautiful little extras that made the stay that much more amazing. We were comfortable, and the food was great.

We enjoyed room service, and when we requested water for our room, it was no trouble at all. The only downfall, which is such a minor thing, would be having access in the rooms to those little extras like shower caps, makeup pads and Q-tips, which were missing. We didn’t bring them with us because they are usually supplied.

Stayed here last night to be closer to a best friend’s wedding venue. The hotel is quite easy to find and very close to a lot of restaurants, shops, light rail and public transport.

Thank you to Waleed, who made sure we were comfortable and made check-in smooth and easy. The hotel room was clean, very spacious and had great amenities to help us prep for the wedding.

The bed was comfortable, and thankfully, the air con was also great to retreat to on a humid day!

I took my wife here with some of our friends and was greeted by Waleed, who was super welcoming. He provided amazing hospitality and went above and beyond for us, making sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met.

Waleed and JP at reception were very polite and helpful. The rest of the staff were amazing, including housekeeping and catering. Everyone was always smiling and saying hello.

Would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed at Novotel Parramatta and had an excellent experience from the moment I arrived. The beautiful woman who checked me in was incredibly efficient while still being warm and polite, exactly the kind of customer service you hope for but almost never get.

The check-in process was fast, smooth and completely hassle-free, which made a great first impression after a long day. It’s clear the staff take pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Couldn’t be more impressed. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but if I get the opportunity, I will come back and update this because she deserves to be rewarded for her flawless work.

The service provided by Loraini, Henry, Chef Marshall and Adam was absolutely amazing. They were all so welcoming and attentive, and made our experience truly special.

The buffet breakfast was hands down the best we’ve ever had, with such a great variety and everything was delicious.

We will definitely be recommending this place to all our family and friends!
