This hands-on experience invites kids to roll, create and take home their very own sushi, guided by the team at Novotel Sydney Parramatta. It’s fun, interactive and a great way to add something extra to your family getaway.

Classes are available on Friday and Saturday, 10, 11, 17 and 18 July 2026 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.

For $35 per child, the class includes a one-hour guided sushi-making session, sushi to take home, a chef’s hat and apron, and a Sushi Master Certificate.
