Valentine’s Day Degustation Dinner
A five-course dining experience to celebrate love
Take a moment to slow down and enjoy a special evening together at 350 Restaurant.
The evening starts with Coffin Bay oysters, followed by creamy burrata and a comforting pumpkin and goat’s cheese ravioli. From there, enjoy pan-roasted Goldband snapper and a beautifully cooked Wagyu beef eye fillet, before finishing with a rich chocolate raspberry fondant — the perfect way to end the night.
Each course has been thoughtfully put together using seasonal ingredients and flavours that feel familiar, yet special.
If you’d like to make the evening even more memorable, optional wine pairings are available, featuring a selection of Australian and international wines chosen to complement each course.
