Vivid Sydney is the Southern Hemisphere’s largest arts festival and one of Australia’s most anticipated annual events. For 23 nights, the city comes alive with spectacular light installations, large-scale projections, immersive performances, live music, thought-provoking talks and standout culinary experiences.
In 2026, Vivid marks its 16th year, once again illuminating Sydney’s most iconic landmarks, including Sydney Harbour and the Sydney Opera House. While the full program is yet to be announced, visitors can expect a city-wide celebration that blends art, technology and culture in unforgettable ways, extending well beyond the light walk to include music, ideas and dining events across the CBD and surrounding precincts.
