Have stayed at the property a number of times over the years. It is usually easy to get to by car but with the light rail construction going on out the front a different route is required but there is very little traffic which is a bonus. Bed was comfortable. I did notice the air conditioning noise when staying in a room on the 12th floor. The property is in a good location to the eating precinct in Church street and across from the theatre. I also like that its quite close to the river which I enjoy walking along. Bankwest stadium is also a short walk.

Another fantastic stay, I stay at this hotel a fare bit, it is not the closest Accor to my work but it is faultless, staff, meals and room are fantastic, the carpark is a little tight but always plenty of spaces close to the lifts.Great experience, will stay again soon ...

Mini staycation
Stayed 1 night with Mum and brother. Roadworks everywhere due to Light rail construction. Customer service at every touch point from phone reservations to breakfast service next morning was impeccable! So friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very comfortable and serviced well. Yes, they maybe a bit dated but everywhere covid safe including x2 persons only per lift and great location so close to great restaurants! We recommend going early to Holy Basil, Bay Vista Desserts. Riverside Theatre is directly across the road. Go for a lovely river walk close by if it's not too hot. Don't forget your swimmers as the pool is covid safe too, must book in. Breakfast on ground floor was great! Tasty and filling. Parking in basement is included in price-they will validate your ticket as many times as you want. Room service Fish & Chips was speedy and huge serving. Good wifi. Thank you for our mini staycation! We loved it all.
