Parking at the hotel

City of Parramatta is currently undergoing Parramatta Light Rail Stage 1 works on 'Eat Street' Church Street. Excitingly, Parramatta Light Rail will provide a link between the City's ever-growing residential, employment, cultural and educational districts.

During these works, guests are able to access the hotel via Market Street, by driving straight onto the hotel driveway and entering the car park at the end of the driveway.

We do apologise for any inconvience and external street noise caused due to the Parramatta Light Rail works.


  • $20.00 for overnight parking
  • $12.00 per 6 hour period from time of entry

Car park height restriction is 2.2 metres.

From mid-April 2021, both entry and exit of the hotel will be via Market Street.

What is the cancellation policy related to COVID-19?

What precautions does the hotel take in relatoin to COVID-19?

Here at Novotel Sydney Parramatta the safety of our guests, team members and our community is most important.

To ensure your stay with us is safe, our hotel is a NSW Government registered COVID safe business and we have implemented the ALLSAFE label throughout the hotel; so that you can be reassured that we have taken all the steps to make your next stay with us safe.

This means there are a number of safety measures put in place in to minimise risk for guests and staff and to respectfully stay a safe distance apart.

350 Restaurant & Lounge is open 7 days a week for our hotel guests and public patrons.
BREAKFAST Monday - Friday 6:30am - 9:00am, Saturday - Sunday 7:00am - 10:30am
DINNER 6:00pm - 9:00pm daily
BAR 4:00pm - 9:00pm daily

On Level 2 of the hotel

  • Gymnasium and outdoor Swimming Pool and Spa are open from 6:00am - 8:30pm via booking (1 hour access). Guests must book at hotel Reception.
  • At this stage the Steam Room remains closed.

Mac Corner & Business Centre in the hotel lobby is closed to hotel guests. Guests are able to refer to Reception Team for business needs.

How does COVID-19 affect my stay?

All rooms at Novotel Sydney Parramatta are cleaned and disinfected with extra care to an ALLSAFE standard using high quality grade products.

Daily room cleaning is now upon request only. If you are staying with us for more than one night, please contact Reception before 1:00pm to schedule room cleaning.
